For the road version with an air cooled engine, this is the instrument layout I have settled on. On the left passenger panel oil pressure and temperature, and then fuel level and charging. Then in the driver pod, a 150MPH speedo and a 10,000 RPM rev counter. Vision seems good for the drivers pod and the 4 gauges in the left hand panel.

Need to find room for the IVA warning lights (hopefully between speedo and rev counter) and the headlamp and fog switches etc.

Current plan for the indicators is a column stalk with dip and main etc, but need to check the package and visibility when I eventually get around to designing the collapsible column.
