The page shows CAD images and detailed photos of the first chassis build. As you can imagine after investing around 1500 hours to get to this stage (and around £10,000) I was rather nervous that things might not ift together.

But as we started to assemble the first layer of tubes, virtually everything fitted together at the first attempt. Apart from 3 or 4 tubes, which were not trimmed correctly. So I checked the CAD and found that I had not trimmed the tubes correctly in CAD, so retrimmed and then had these recut. And when they returned from the laser cutters, the first layer was assembled and ready to start welding.
